1) Ellen liked to smell her mother's cooking, when she came home.

2) The scent of roses is wonderful.
　 玫瑰的芳香非常棒！
　 *scent 是指兽类、花、水果、甘草等那特有而淡，但会逐渐扩大的香气。

3) Her garden was most fragrance in the spring.
　 她家的花园到了春天芬芳四溢。
　 *fragrance 是指优雅而舒适清新的气味，多指成长中的植物。

4) The perfume was very delicate.
　 那种香气非常优雅。
　 *perfume 是指舒适而比较清香的气味，淡香氛。
